The staff at CENTER STAGE DANCE is headed by Diane & Troy Domine. With hard work and dedication to teaching and the love of dance, our teachers have set a standard of excellence for every student to follow. Our instructors have had a variety of experience in the area of dance and bring their own perspectives and talents to the studio every week.

Diane & Troy Domine

Diane opened the studio with her husband, Troy, in 1993. For 32 years they have been committed to the studio’s mission of developing poise, confidence, and a passion to dance within students of all ages.

Adria Donkers

Adria (Domine) Donkers took class through Center Stage for 15 years before transitioning into her current role as an instructor. Since 2013, she has taught a wide age range, focusing on our youngest & oldest dancers. She loves working with and choreographing for large groups; this includes our 9th-12th grade Opening Number & Daddy/Dancer dances . Adria lives in Faribault with her husband, Connor, and their dog, Opal.

Elly Bednar

Elly (Franek) Bednar has been an instructor at Center Stage Dance since 2013. Prior to that, she was a student with Center Stage for 10 years. Elly enjoys all styles of dance, but especially enjoys teaching our beginner and intermediate groups. Elly is a 3rd grade teacher at Tri-City United in Montgomery. Elly lives in Montgomery with her husband, Tyler, and 3 children - Rudy, Winny, and Griffy.

Amanda Franklin

Amanda (Peterson) Franklin has been dancing with Center Stage Dance since the very beginning, first as a student and then as a teacher.  Her dance experiences have run the gamut - from high school dance line coach to a member of a classically trained ballet company, from modern dance at the University of Minnesota to local community theatre choreographer.  Amanda lives in Jordan with her husband, Mike, and 4 children, Anna, Peter, David and Jacob.

Maureen Franek

Maureen (McGuire) Franek has been with our studio since 1998. She enjoys all types of dance but pointe is her favorite. Maureen is a substitute dance teacher and is also involved in other aspects of the studio. Maureen and her husband Jeff have 4 children and live in Montgomery. They also have 5 grandchildren and are enjoying every minute of being grandparents.

Ashley Orchard

Ashley (Larson) Orchard has been teaching at Center Stage Dance for six years. Prior to that, she was a student at Center Stage and expanded into other areas of dance during her college years. She especially enjoys working with middle and high schoolers. When she’s not teaching, you will find her with family or friends, being a nerd and playing D&D or board games, or working as a mental health therapist. She looks forward to continuing her work as a dance teacher!
